From the I-12/I-55 intersection in Hammond, take I-12 east, toward Slidell. Take the first exit, Hwy. 51 / Veteran's Avenue. Go south, toward Ponchatoula, for about one mile and look for North Oaks Medical Center on the right (west) side. Our three-story red brick and glass office building is attached by a covered walkway to the north end of North Oaks Medical Center.
