The Covington office is very easy to find, located approximately 18 miles form Slidell and about 18 miles form Hammond. The office is approximately 1/2 mile north of I-12 at the "Covington / Madisonville," exit near the "Target / Best Buy" shopping center. From the I-12 exit 59, take Hwy. 21 (Tyler Street) north, toward St. Tammany Hospital in Covington. Go thru one trraffic light, about 1/2 mile and turn left (west) on Greenbriar Blvd. at the "Normandy Oaks" sign. Greenbriar is the first street on the left after the first traffic light. The office is located on Greenbriar Blvd. in the first building on the right (north) side of the street in the Ponchartrain Kidney Center building.
